Need to Return a product

To return a Steamboat Bill's brand product, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at sales@SteamboatBills.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, we accept returns on merchandise that get damaged during shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect the entire contents of your package before signing the bill of lading. If any items in your shipment are damaged refuse delivery on the entire package, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
  • A FULL CASH REFUND
     
    • For items returns not due to damage or error, ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, and we will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
